Maybe. It appears to me though that his most dangerous play is sit in the pocket until a pass rusher breaks through. He isn't great at reading defenses, this will improve. He looks at his first read and is an accurate passer. A lot of times he sits in the pocket for 5 seconds waiting on that guy to get open, by this time a rusher is breathing down his neck and he turns into Houdini.

Good enough though, as close as they've been lately it will be finalized and the season can begin soon.

Is this really what the SEC Rant has become?
quote:
The behavioral issues are what the NFL looks at when they evaluate a player for a draft pick. A player who likes to visit casinos is less desirable than one who doesn't, no matter who they are. It doesn't matter if he won the Heisman and beat Alabama and Oklahoma in the same year. A QB who plays cards in casinos is a definite risk.
quote:
The real problem is an IRS issue. If you win money at table games in casinos, you do not receive a 1099-G like you would at video poker or a slot machine. But, you are legally required to report it as income. I know that most people who win at table games are not fully reporting their winnings to the IRS at tax time. But most people are smart enough not to tweet out a pic of a handful of cash. That's inviting the IRS to look at you. And unlike the NCAA, they do have subpoena power to get the surveillance tapes. Now, they probably won't do it, but if enough people talk about this, sure they will.
Would a Texas cop look the other way when JFF has a beer in his hand and he's underage? Probably. Does the IRS care who JFF is? Probably not.
