He doesn't have to be a wonderful QB to be an upgrade for us. Now don't get me wrong, Storey played his heart out for us and I respect that... but the kid just didn't have SEC talent. We have to upgrade the position and Starkel seems to be a solid upgrade.
To run the Morris offense we must have good QB play.

Pretty much what I noticed from his highlights. Some of the throws he made against LSU were crazy accurate though. May not have all been very smart throws (some into double coverage) but his ball placement made them work.
He had a few last minute shovel pitches to RBs that were pretty sneaky as he was about to be sacked, liked the awareness.

Now Starkel gets to live in a town with electricity, indoor plumbing and sheep that aren’t scared. This alone should improve his stats...

The damage has been done. Seven in a row. You can't undo that and no one will ever forget seven straight years of dominating your program. I can promise you that nobody is worried about losing to Arkansas. Could it happen? Sure. Does it mean anything in the long run? No, because A&M will win 3 out of 4 going forward for the foreseeable future.

you guys will shite a fricking brick if you lose to us this year. Most every A&M fan I know says the Arkansas game has been stressful because we always play y'all hard. Even in the games you won by more than one score all but the first meeting have been very competitive. There are plenty of Aggie fans worried about the game. quote:

Jimbo sure got some of you Aggies arrogant as hell. Remember you're a Texas A&M and not a UT fan. The defining charcteristic that differntiates a UT fan and an A&M fan is one is unbelievably arrogant and the other is unbeilavbly passionate. Remember to contiue being the latter. It's the reason I always liked A&M more than UT.
