The AJC just ran a piece today that proclaimed Tech as having a better season than UGA. They have absolutely no loyalty to UGA over Bama. They are oyal to page hits and page hits alone.

So Petrino leaves Atlanta for Arkansas.
But Saban's going to leave Alabama for them?
this = sane.

The more we discuss it, the more likely Atlanta wins the pitiful south as they hold Saints tie breaker, get into playoffs and host a game and make a Super bowl run saving his job

Nah, yesterday's last 2 minutes sealed the deal. The Lions debacle put him on deaths door and yesterday dropped the guillotine.

He's got to be sick and tired of having to sit down and eat a meal every time he goes on a recruiting home visit.
He likes the recruiting because he is on a level playing field with everyone else and it is a competition. He's stated before that the NFL draft and free agency punishe success.

As old as Saban is I don't see him making the jump back to the NFL. If he was going to go back it would have been to the Browns 2 years ago. Although he could be pulling a Miles and wanting another raise or the NCAA up sniffing around.
99.99% chance he is the coach at Bama next season
0.005% he retires
0.004% chance he coaches the failcounts
0.001% world ends

Auburnphag23 is, as usual, obsessing about Alabama and Nick Saban. 15 of his last 20 posts are about big brother and big brother's coach.
Damn his butt must be bleeding with hurt at this point.

If Saints could get their shite together and the Falcons get back good, the CSP and CNS rivarly could be awesome.

Already going to Florida or Texas or N.D. Terry has bought houses at all major schools and major cities just in case.

Saban turned down roughly $10M to coach at one of the most elite college football programs in history, yet he would accept an NFL gig (which he has already tried and did not like) to coach a shitty team with no real super bowl potential? Seems legit.
Come on, dude. Even the Bama fans ran with it. Just funnin'!

Wrong. He left because he hated the pros and so did his wife.
