Age is just a number.
With the immortality project and all sort of new therapies, he could easily live until 120 years old.
With a long list of living heart donors, artificial intelligence, and evolving cybernetics, I could see Coach Saban becoming a cyborg with unlimited lifespan.
I don’t expect he will retire until 2080 or so.
