He isn't as good as Suh, but he is dang close.
Suh is on another level. He's about to make the pro bowl as a rookie.

Why? They are both pretty dominant. Just cuz you can't stand it doesnt mean it isn't true.

Fairley was compared to Suh last night a few times. Personally, this year, he was as dominant as any DT I can remember. Better than Dorsey. Dareus is not even in the discussion.
Chad Lavaleis (sp?) was one of the best I remember as far as SEC single seasons go in the past decade. Fairley was still probably better though. Really hard to pick a guy that was better in a very long time off the top of my head.
Hate him or no, he was dominant.

I think his cheap play makes it impossible to evaluate his true talent. It's like trying to figure out if Sammy Sosa would have been good without steroids.

Fairley is one of the best college dlinemen I've seen, but he's not as good as Suh. He's just not. Have you watched any Lions games this year?

Fairley will spend the next 20 years providing security at Lowboy's house of ill repute and bingo parlor. His propensity to thuggery will get him a career ending injury his first year in the NFL.

I don't expect that you would be smart enough to understand the analogy.

Yeah I've watched the lions and he's awesome (The FG kick was kinda funny) but Fairley is such a dominant force on the defense. He takes the game and changes it for his team like Suh did/does. Thats why he will go so high in the draft right? I'm not goin to say he's Suh made over but the comparison is there for sure. The game announcers were even comparing the 2.

Honestly, it was a poor analogy.
Sammy gained a massive advantage by juicing. I can assure you, the NFL will have zero difficulty measuring Fairley's worth despite his "dirty play".

They were talking about his dirty play too.

How about we wait and watch him play in the NFL before we make comparisons. I bet you were one of the people who thought DMac was as good as Peterson. Making the pro bowl as a rookie is rare.

I definitely understand it, it's just the most ignorant, uneducated, bitter, worst analogy I've ever seen.

Can Fairley kick field goals? Yeah, didn't think so.
