The risk is huge, but I guess the thought process is "better to have him on your sideline than on the field for the other guy."

Why cant he get a specialist drafted in the first round?

- 52 sacks allowed (tMost in the NFL)
- 147 QB hits (Most in the NFL by 11)

Bigger reason is our specialists ain't been very special with a couple of exceptions
