I just don't see the 49ers picking Dareus over Bowers honestly

I don't have them picking Dareus.

However, today. Bowers said he is only lifting at the Combine and nothing else.

I think that hurts his stock a bit. That could just be me though.

That sucks.

Andre Smith fricked his combine up and was still a top ten pick tho.
Stupid Cincy.

Everyone has Julio going #11 to the Texans...or what ever the Texans pick is

Texans need a corner so fricking bad, no idea why they would go Julio there.

Really?

Shaub throwing to Johnson and Jones is pretty attractive.

They have the youngest secondary in the NFL. They need some vets. Kareem Jackson had a bad year but was thrown in the fire. Not many CBs can step in and be a shutdown corner in year one.

Anyone who wastes a pick on Dareus in the top 5 deserves to be fired. He could only start 1 year and when he did he was a huge dissapointment.

It is, but they have the worst secondary in the entire league

They are desprate for a QB more than a pass rusher...Newton is a project at best

A LOT of people have Julio going to the Rams too. Bradford - Jones connection.

The connection Oklahoma people could have seen. It boiled down to 'Bama and Oklahoma for his signature in college.

I don't think any 'Bama fan thought he was a disappointment this year. He was hurt the first half of the season.

We replaced our entire defense. Our secondary was brand new. We had no other great linemen and he was double/triple teamed and the QBs got rid of the ball quicker than last year bc of the secondary.

top 2 Cb's will be gone by then so I think they go d.line. They have Mario williams and a bunch of hacks and are moving to a 3-4 defense.

They're not so desperate they're going to use the #7 pick on a guy with a 1st Round Arm and an Undrafted Free Agent brain.

And, oh, by the way... if the Niners *did* want Newton, they'd have to trade UP to get him, bro.
