Those same words may suffice for some of the guys running your program.

Guilty as charged.

Maybe you'd feel the same way if someone dug up Lester Earl every five years or so to ask him how corrupt LSU basketball is, and how good it felt to end the career of that cheating bastard Dale Brown.

I don't fault Eric Ramsey at all for what he did. Sure, it hurt the program, but it was really an overdue cleansing. But to continue bringing it up over and over, gets a bit old after 20 years.

It's pretty clear that bringing down AU football was Eric Ramsey's crowning achievement in life.

I love how the article mentions he's still working on that movie about how he did it. You'd think after a decade and a half he'd have gotten it together by now.

Only problem, is that Dye and Lowder are both still on campus and as involved as ever, so has it really been cleansed? And that's not me trying to flame, just an honest question.

The difference being that Dale Brown is out of basketball and Pat Dye is still running the Auburn athletic department.

Two things:

Eric Ramsey is irrelevant now.

Eric Ramsey is a piece of shite.

For the uniformed, Ramsey is lying about why he decided to come forth with the tapes the lying sack of shite is trying to spin it into some noble shite when the truth was simple and dirty.

Eric Ramsey BLACKMAILED Auburn University and it had nothing to do with the term paper. And BTW, the backlash on the term paper was from his teammates who said he was full of shite and a black football player at AU was put on a pedestal.

Now for what happened:

1. After his senior year, Ramsey meets with Dye and asks him for his opinion on his chances of playing in the NFL. Dye, never being one to beat around the bush flat out tells him he ain't good enough.

2. Ramsey is a broke arse college kid (that $300 a month doesn't go too far), with a fairly hot wife and two kids. The bitch probably married him and got knocked up because he told her he was going to be in the NFL one day.

3. Twillita (superbitch golddigger extraordinaire) is pissed and squeezes lil Eric's balls and tells him to do something. (disclaimer: this part is my opinion. points 1,2,4,5 are documented facts).

4. Eric attempts to sell the tapes to Auburn University by approaching Dye. I could find the exact amount, but I believe it was in the $50k range.

5. Dye tells him to go frick himself. Ramsey then tried to sell the tapes to multiple media outlets, beginning with the Montgomery Advertiser that refused to pay, but ran a story about Ramsey offering the tapes for sale.

Ramsey eventually played the tapes on 60 minutes after releasing a few excepts to the Montgomery Advitisor (no idea if they actually paid).

So, that is the actual reason. Ramsey was broke with two kids and a wife and was not going to either graduate or get drafted. He attempted blackmail, and probably got paid something by 60 minutes for the tapes eventually.

I SURE as hell do.

The motherfricker was trying to blackmail and extort money from AU because he was broke. Nothing more nothing less. Blackmail and extortion from a lying piece of shite that was given a free ride and extra benefits is bullshite.

I want to beat the frick out of him right now, today and have for a long time BTW.

Maybe if Dye and company had helped him get, you know, an actual education, instead of paying him to play, he wouldn't have been in such a bad state.

Maybe his stupid arse should have gotten an education rather than relying on blackmail and extortion and begging to pay his bills.

Lying, lazy, ignorant frick.

You brought race into it. My response and feelings are not dependant or related to his skin color.

Maybe your arse needs to think about how you view things to make a comment like that.

And you do not even know if I am black, white, hispanic, or anything else dumbass.

Maybe Auburn should have provided him with an education instead of money?
