This isn't going to happen.
Go back and look at the OP. Bobby Moore's dumb arse saw Arkansas State wearing red pants in a YouTube video and somehow extrapolated that into Hugh Freeze wanting the team to wear red pants this fall.
Freeze brought red pants to ASU, they use to wear white and black...

Hey, you have a bear for a mascot, so getting used to red pants should be easy.

Okay, well until someone shows me him saying that he wants to do the same at Ole Miss, I'll believe them.

I see he wants to pull a Dooley.

Yeah, those two are entirely correlated...

Even if the entire SEC hasn't heard of the guy, I don't give a frick.
What LSU fans think of our hire is the least of our concerns when we make one.

Actually, it'd be pulling a Brewer.

do you like it?
The red pants rumor that Bobby Moore pulled out of his arse or the Hugh Freeze hire?

Don't think anyone at Ole Miss would like red pants.
Maybe bow ties with silver cuff links? Ole Miss can "Look Good" all they want, it won't matter what pants they wear when they play in the SEC WEST!!!!

So Ole Miss is going on probation/sanctions?

I'm okay with it. I was a part of Team Leach but it's obvious our school didn't want anything to do with him. I'm not head over heels about it, but after reading up on him and seeing his press conference, I think he's worth the roll of the dice.
He is from the area and loves Ole Miss. He'll pour everything he has got into the job. When he was on O's staff, he proved himself to be a very good recruiter due to his Mississippi and Memphis connections. The program is broken and it kinda needs a guy with Freeze's understanding and love for the school to be fixed.
He did go undefeated at ASU in conference in only his first year as the head coach which is impressive regardless of how you spin it.
The fact that he came from a small school in a weaker conference doesn't bother me so much. PLENTY of successful head coaches have made their starts at smaller schools in weaker conferences.
The only real knock is that he doesn't have loads of experience. The experience he has is good, but there isn't a lot of it to go off of. And we're paying him the lowest salary in the SEC so, really, why the hell not?

Didn't say we were gonna pull a Brewer, just showing that Dooley didn't invent the fratty wearing of colored pants. Brewer made that shite happen.

Ole Miss football is about to embark on a 5-7 yr period of complete irrelevance anyway.
This is not my school so really it doesn't matter all that much who they do or do not hire.

So it'll look much like a regular day in the life of DCRebel then? Okay.
