That doesn't mean people care about college baseball more than college basketball.. That's like saying I care about our swimming and diving or tennis programs more than football because they win national titles... No sir.

Swimming and diving, which is a dominant program at your school, is not even remotely close to the scale of the big 3. I think a better example is needed for your argument. What I'm saying is, college baseball is more important at the schools I said because the programs are more successful in postseason play, get better quality athletes than the basketball programs, and produce more talent at the next level.
