Question should be how the committee thinks FSU is better than Georgia or Ohio State.

So with the old BCS, they still wouldn’t have the opportunity to play in the National Championship. That’s honestly what I got from this.

1. Michigan, Washinton, or FSU
4. Texas -based on head to head

It’s not that hard.

The committee had the courage and integrity to do thing the right thing. A lesser group would have caved to pressure. They should have left Texas out though - the bcs had it right

With all of the injuries this season, the most that Kirby has dealt with since he arrived, it became obvious to me that the Dawgs were going to have a tough time finishing out the season. I resigned to that reality right after the Missouri game.

Kirby actually did a remarkable job finishing the regular season at 12-0. Mims and Dumas-Johnson injuries were the most critical. Mims only made it through part of the first half of the SECCG. Bowers and McConkey were well below 100% as well. But as Kirby usually says, injuries are part of the game and every team has at least some.

Making it to 29 wins in a row is a new SEC record, just better than Bryant and Stallings, so that was inspiring.

Bama is the mafia of college football. It is exhausting year in and year out.

Kirby is going to use this game to evaluate, since it can be used without counting against red=shirt status.
