We were on a deployment once, and a guy fell asleep with his mouth open. One of his buddies took a weiner from the frig and kinda "wrung" it around his mouth a little bit, which woke him up. The first thing he saw was his buddy standing there with his pants unzipped and his penis hanging out. The buddy would have wound up in the hospital if there hadn't been enough of us there to prevent it.

Well, if it was strangers, and the guy was violated, it's not the person who was infringed upon's burden to deal with someone else's sense of humor.
Everyone who has been wrongly violated has the right to press charges. We don't need some subjective moral authority deciding which crimes are important enough to pursue.

I'm not freaking out about anything. But people who condone sexual assault is one of many problems with what's wrong with America, not that ones who want to stop it and punish the ones who are involved with it.
What you saw was sexual assault and I’m very confident the perpetrator will be held accountable both criminally and in civil court.
