99 LA tech was clearly the best team in the state that year... and FML that was a horrid game. Beating uf twice blocks most of that game from memory.

Fair point.

Who do you play this weekend?

Actually, he's right. What's embarrassing is the SEC East. We should really divide into two conferences. I mean, with the schedule situation we've got, we're already two conferences anyway, but it really gets old seeing shitty teams from the east losing OOC games and making the rest of us look bad.

We were saying the same thing about the West in 90's and early 2000's. It's a cycle, just like LSU is declining after being good for awhile.

It isn't a cycle anymore. It's a trend.

Dude, I use google maps now. Do you know how hard it is to find your way around the city for the Championship game?

No, I guess you wouldn't.

So you are admitting that Mizzou would compete in the East along with LSU, Ole Miss & AUburn, thanks I guess we have arrived then.

Probably 9-5. They wouldn't get blanked by Arkansas.

The SEC West is the best conference in America and it's not even close. Not division. Conference.

If you are referring to anyone about pulling their own weight, talk to your division. The West has carried the conference for the past seven years. The SEC isn't pulling down Missouri if anything it's helping your program.

I don't know what the McElwain era will hold for Florida, but the East is on its way back up again. Tennessee was 12 points away from being right at the top this year playing with a mostly freshman squad, and Georgia will continue to recruit well. Before we pass too much judgment on teams pulling their weight again OCC teams, lets get through the bowl games first...
