Call it even for making a 1 seed play a damn road game. It was an offensive foul, but one that will rarely ever be called in that situation.

No kidding. Purdue as a 4 seed in that regional was a sick joke by the committee.

Every year the Coogs have gotten screwed playing games FAR from home. The committee rarely gives them favors. They are one game away from playing in San Antonio though.

The total seeding of the Elite Eight is only one seed higher than it even theoretically could be.

And St. John’s, the only top 2 seed not to make it, was kind of known ahead of time to be a pretty weak 2 seed with several close wins over a weak schedule.

Well, the Elite 8 features some fascinating matchups.

Bama-Duke for offense and Houston-Tenner for defense.

Florida should rout Texas Tech.

Not as sure about Auburn, but they should win. Izzo, Pearl going head to head could be interesting. Both great coaches, but Auburn has more talent.

Might be but when you have a coach like Izzo on the other bench, beware.

I don’t know, UT can rock fight with the best of them. Could be close

It will be close. UT has the players to win it.

But UH had their 2 best shooters have off nights and still won in what felt like a true road game.
