Have the suspended Miami players gotten reinstated yet? Hasn't it been 24 hours? Surely thats plenty of time to wrap up the investigation.

Seems a bit off topic. Looking to change the subject?

This is hilarious and sad at the same time.

Danny Sheridan continues to make vague, unsubstantiated claims without backing them up with proof. Contrary to his claims of having an inside source with details on the Auburn investigation, the NCAA has not provided information to Sheridan or anyone else. As a matter of due diligence, the NCAA spoke with Sheridan this week to determine if he had any facts pertaining to the investigation. Sheridan, however, did not provide any information to the enforcement staff and certainly did not provide a name. Instead, he unsuccessfully attempted to gather information for his own use.

Thats a very definitive statement.

You know who else makes definitive statements?

This may sound crazy, but if Sheridan does have any info, you can bet he's about to unleash it to save face.

If Sheridan did have any info, he would have unleashed it to the NCAA to save face. His reputation was already on the line at that point.

Did the NCAA just let the cat out of the bag the Auburn is being investigated?

Aubie fans, has any one seen any Yahoo reporters snooping around the Plains yet, if so....RUN

I'm glad we have some decent Auburn fans on here to keep the stories straight from this Bama homer, he ain't got no facts.

That's been rehashed about ten thousand times over the past few months. Auburn and the NCAA worked together and the decision to make him ineligible was all but a formality.

To be honest, telling the NCAA on a private phone call doesn't pay Sheridan's bills...

Not that I'm saying he has anything to tell...but this statement doesn't mean a hill of beans.

Several of the players mentioned in the Yahoo article that are not at Miami were cleared by the NCAA in about 24 hours if it makes you feel better.

Maybe that there is actually something that substantiates their suspensions?

What? Allegations?

Did they take more than 24 hours to find substantiation? If so, why not invest over 24 hours on Cam?

god that picture is gold. I might replace "Death Penalty" with that picture in any thread of choice that comes up in the future.
