I figured that would be his 1-3 record against Chizik?

State cant fire Mullen any time soon... He's taken them to 3 straight bowl games... Another way of saying that is Mullen has coached MSU in 19% of their bowl games ever played.

We already self-imposed 2 scholarships and 10 OVs last year. We likely do the same again this year.

With the excessive OV penalty, we are hoping to avoid probation. Yet to be seen if we get it or not.

Also been some question about the eligibility of Redmond -- which has been a major sticking point in getting the final announcement out there.

Today is June 6. We have 6 commitments. At this point last year, we had one. At this point in 2012, we had 4.

Commitment dates last year(through the entire month of June):
Brandon Wells - April 3
BJ Hammond - June 7
Kent Flowers - June 9
Chris Jones - June 11
Cord Sandberg - June 11
Gabe Myles - June 12

2012:
Devon Desper - March 26
Deontae Evans - April 2
Cedric Jiles - June 3
Quadry Antoine - June 6
Nelson Adams - June 8
Torrey Dale - June 13
Cole Carter - June 15
Ryan Brown - June 15

I'd say we are right where we need to be -- if not ahead of schedule.

Still in school -- and got a bunch of first team reps in the spring at corner and on return duty. Expected to be either a full-time starting corner -- or to be first string in nickel.

Is that just two 4* commits in two summers? And you expect to have five total once this summer is over?

Edit: one of which didnt get a 4 star rating until October.
