Not defending just think a 1st inning ejection over words to toss two coaches is a bad look for the NCAA who most of us hate anyway.

if we had just won those 2 WCS championship games, we'd be the CWS champions.

They didn't toss him just for that

Right..he also continued to argue through a warning I get that.

2 things can be true... It can be true that he was acting an arse and also true that the ump didn't need to toss him and the 1st base coach is such a pivotal game. especially that early on.

It wasn't just over words, the clown wouldn't leave the field.

You keep conveniently overlooking this while making excuses for his tantrums.

you're the one on the board trying to equate a bunch of posters on a messageboard bitching about LSU/Bama calls to the coach of a team in the championship game losing his shite and cussing out an ump and getting ejected.

i love how you think these things are equal in your mind.

Name a championship game where the coach was as big a dumbarse in the first inning. Championship coaches know howto handle themselves, so that keaves Schnall out.

You win them without the ejections and the drama. Plus LSU fans notoriously whine about officiating so this whole thing is rich plus you hired a coach who allowed a kid to get killed and Notre Dame improved when he left. The double whammy.

You can't be that thin skinned, all he said was that's 3, and the panty waste ump escalated the situation..

That is not enough to eject any coach in a Championship game...

I honestly believe the situation should be investigated for point shaving or illegal gambling. Just too extreme over words.

I would feel the same for any coach. Arguing with umps is a part of baseball.

Time to be done with the NCAA.

You say the NCAA mishandled the situation and then don't even post their response.

Here it is:

What do you disagree with in their response? How exactly did they "mishandle" it?

Point is, if the shoe was on the other foot, that stadium would have looked like an LA riot.

What are you going to do? Just let them stand on the field and yell?

Umps gave him a lot of leeway in simply not ejecting him when he left the dugout, which is usually pretty standard after a warning.

What was shown on TV was only a small part of their behavior yesterday, according to folks at the game.

Just funny you fired a National Championship coach for Kelly. Shows a history of poor judgement.

Your coach allowed multiple people to die while street racing so that's pretty rich coming from you.

No part of our problem happened at an actual practice with coaches present......

I think he's just needing some attention today and figured being called an idiot was better than feeling invisible.
