Assistant coaches also can't argue with the home plate ump ever about anything at any time. CC's assistant coach got the first warning for arguing balls/strikes from first base during the game!
The only ump a base coach talks to is the field ump at his base and that's at the beginning of the game and maybe in between an inning.

The fans yell at the ump, players yell pretending to be fans, the one thing umps can control is the coaches will not be allowed to yell at the ump. It’s a simple rule. Coach should just tell a fan what to say.
