The whole AAU, shoe company nonsense, recruiting business is full of people known to be corrupting the system and schools hire them because they are doing that.
Has nothing to do with Auburn or Chuck Persons.

.
That is all well and good. In this instance..........with all of the schools involved..........it had absolutely nothing to do with recruiting. It was about taking bribes to get that schools players to sign with a specific money manager when they left school.

It would, perhaps, take you 20 seconds to Google Person and determine that he had been coaching professional basketball -- and only professional basketball -- prior to Auburn hiring him in 2014. Or you could blather on like you have an confirm your ignorance.

And all those Bama cars are above board. Look, I’m not talking about his conviction. Are you honestly telling me you don’t think Auburn pays players? You think the only money facilitated was the agent money. Yeah and all freeze did was lack institutional control.

Well, that hasn't been shown/proven either.
Smart was cleared 1 week later by NCAA.

How do? I made a general statement about the widespread corruption of college basketball. I made specific reference to a piece of shite that got caught because Auburn acts as if all they did was what he was convicted of.You morons are taking the position that he only got caught for some financial shenanigans therefore you assume that is all he did while I see a corrupt piece of shite in the midst of a corrupt environment and assume he did more.
Let’s try it this way. Do you believe Chuck Person and/or other members of the Auburn staff were involved in or aware of corrupt activity to bring in players? When Our fanbase says “all we did was give tunsil a loaner car” my response is no, that is something we got caught doing. If we are being honest we accept that we were doing far more than that.

quote:No, your dumbass essential stated Chuck was only hired to be a bagman for recruiting and everyone should have know this. He wasn’t hired as a coach. However, prior to being hired at AU, Chuck played about 14 years in the NBA (after playing for Auburn in college) and then spent the next 14 years coaching in the NBA. He wasn’t some high school or AAU coach or shoe company shill. Your statement didn’t make sense and now you are crawfishing and deflecting after being called on it.

Either be a man and admit it or continue being a bitch. Only two options left.

Answer the question, do you think they were involved in corrupt recruiting?
