Pretty sure they're already investigating "some" schools. F the NCAA. I don't want them in any SEC business. Do you?

Mark Emmert is president now. He was the one that brought Saban to BR. He is a stand up guy and hopefully run the NCAA cleanly.

The SEC was the best when Roy Kramer was in charge. Mike Slive has taken us down!

Spoken like a true butthurt champion. Could have gone either way. But arky got just plain beat. If you take away all the bad calls against both teams and maybe auburn only wins by 15.

I said take away the bad calls from BOTH teams. I agree with the meat of your point though, that the game is different without the bad calls but Auburn still wins.

Officials completely stole the spotlight in the first half.

A pair of bad calls on Auburn for offensive holding first (erasing a bigh third down gain) and pass interference in the end zone (negating an AU defense 3rd down stop) put them in the spotlight early.

An attempted makeup call on Fannin's fumble -- and it was a fumble -- that somehow didn't have irrefutable evidence, along with a questionable call on the fourth quarter fumble put this game in a negative light.

Bottom line is there were a bunch of game-changing bad calls all around, which is inexcusable IMO.

The bad calls did more than give Auburn 14 pts. They changed the course of the game. There's no way to measure the difference in momentum, play calling, game strategy, etc.

It's impossible to know how the game would have turned out without them.

Yeah it's not just take aways the 14 points that shouldn't have happened, but what if we score on those possessions? That's potentially a 28 point swing. That's the last I will talk of it. I already made this point in another thread. We got beat, but it was an a-hole of a game.

One of my favorite Norm MacDonald quotes:

The SEC Headquarters needs to be out of the state of Alabama, period.

Just goes to show we aren't paying the refs cause there is no way in Hell we pay them to help Auburn.

Agree 100% with the analysis of every call noted above. Officiating was bad. It hurt both teams at different times and the fannin fumble was a make up call.

While true, if not for the bad holding call and PI against AU, AU is likely up double digits and the game is different also.

Watching the rest of the game now, it is good to see Chizik giving the refs hell. I know last week was the final straw for him being OK with whatever is called after the 45 yards in horrible calls.

What I've seen so far I agree both sides had horrible calls but Auburn had the bigger ones go our way. The Fumble looked like a Fumble to me.
