There is no playoff. Ties are resolved with five-count-five. Which is why Texas is currently below the Red Line although in a tie with Auburn. The barn's #5 is +20. Texas #5 is +28.

I’m pretty sure there is. At least there was one last week for the women.

You should know better than anyone. 5-count-5 format went into effect in 2016. UGA went to the tournament ranked #4. Failed to make the cut to the final round of 15 because of a 5 way tie for 14th place in which their #5 finished tied for fourth with Clemson's #5. Louisville and Oklahoma advanced at +20 and +24.

I think that's correct. Ties for 15th are broken with the 5th golfer's scores but ties for 8th gets played out.

Right. I believe they do that for the final round. I think it’s a 5-on-5 combined score playoff. You very well could be right, but I don’t know why they would do that last week for the women, but not for the men this week.

You would think they have the same rules. However, every tie on the board today has listed them in order of the #5 score.

I recall as Arizona won it all, they mentioned something about having a big putt to beat out Baylor. But, that may have just been for straight up 8th seed and not some playoff between the two.

Riley just grabbed an eagle on the 6th. Had a birdie on the previous hole. Hopefully he'll finish out nicely. Hodges and Shore have been even at par for the entire front 9.
