Good scores for Florida & LSU

Beam is usually our worst event.

Yeah. That's really a great score for the beam, for any team. With that start, I wouldn't be surprised to see LSU win this session

Illinois and Minnesota look to be way behind the 8ball now. You cant score under 49.000 on vault or bars.

UGA scores a 49.500 on Bars

Yep. Who's surprised by the Big Ten fricking up on a national stage?

Looks like Minnesota will finish at least a full point (well, not quite a point. .750 or so) behind Florida after completing two rotations.
Georgia and LSU are both in very good position

SEC! SEC! SEC!
Also, over these two sessions today, the All-Around National Champion will be determined today so keep that in mind.

LSU dominated the beam FWIW.
That does look like some girl from Iowa State at the Tuscaloosa regionals

ATTN: If your school doesn't have a GYM program, keep out.

a 49.00 isn't really dominating. It's a pretty good score, but 19 teams nationally have an RQS of 49.025 or higher.

I know shite about gymnastics, but I'm hoping LSU can be the first first-time champion since '97.
Big 5 here we come.
