I'm working on it right now. I installed it once but after getting my new PC it's given me troubles each time I've tried getting it to work. I think I have it figured out. Once I get done I'll post a step by step that worked for me and the RPCS3 settings I used. I'm also gonna make a step by step video on my channel because all the tutorials on YouTube currently suck.

You need the original vanilla NCAA Football 14 ISO. Btw, ROM is a cartridge rip and ISO is a CD/DVD rip so you'd need to google "NCAA Football 14 ISO free download" or "free PS3 ISOs" or something along those lines. I'd link a site I use but IDK if it's against the arbitrary rules of this circus of a message board.

You run a program that patches it into the Revamped version. There's also ways to find the pre-patched ISO but I couldn't find a working link earlier.

There's a discord server for NCAA Football 14 Revamped and I'm sure they could supply you with a pre-patched ISO.

As far as your roster question, I'm not sure I understand. RPCS3 has online features but I've never tried using it for NCAA Football 14. I play offline Dynasty with auto-generated recruits and players.

I already have the '14 ISO. I just didn't realize the difference between a Rom and ISO so that makes sense.

So basically there is an updated '14 ISO each year with the new rosters on it? Sorry if dumb questions.

I don't think there's a way to get updated rosters on the regular NCAA 14 ISO. Like I said I've never tried connecting it online so.. maybe? I doubt it though because I don't think EA Sports is still updating the game since its 11 years old.

However, I'm almost positive the Revamped mod has updated rosters. Don't quote me on that though.

I'm not really an expert in how the roster updates work in either the original or modded version since I only play the original offline in Dynasty mode with randomized players and recruits. My whole thing is an alternate history where Bobby never got fired so I've never felt the need to check out if there's roster updates.
