He’s been neither. Joyce has mainly been a 1 or so inning stopper who comes in when Tennessee has the lead, not a guy who comes in with a 7 run deficit to eat up innings. Just odd decision to bring him in now
And if you are trying to extend him, why do that when you’re down big and maybe burn him the next two games
