it is funny how SC and MSU fans have gone from debbie downers to positive people in a few weeks. MSU is another team I'm surprised made the tourney.

like why doesn't the region host get to bat last in every game. what is point of being 1 seed if your team can't bat last.

SC being in final 4 last year is why 64 team tournamets are stupid. regular season should matter more.

i get that...Clemson lost a 1 run game to Vandy in their first game.
Clemson won a lot of 1 run games this year, they were never a great hitting team and obviously the pitching didn't hold up last night.

Uh, State was a 2 seed. We were well into the tourney. And I'm simply pointing out a fact, for State at least.

given all the region hosts that have lost, it doesn't seem to be much of an advantage. hopefly Clemson doesn't host next year, maybe they will feel less pressure.
