WVUs starter just pitched a complete game against DBU in the Arizona regional.

I definitely didn't have WVU winning that one.

SEC schools have the horseshoe today. LSU comes back at the end, UGA holds off Army, SC comes back at the end, Kentucky holds off some mediocre team as well ...

It hasn't been a "dominating" start for the SEC

DBU is a solid team, just sometimes you run into a buzzsaw.

I figured DBU would win the whole regional. They've got their work cut out for them now.

Even one of our best can’t throw strikes. Hogs are snake bit. May not get out of this regional

Agreed. It is also fair to say that the SEC has been lucky today.

I’m assuming the Hogs and Cats pitched off normal rotation. Problem is some of these small schools can hit just lack pitching depth. Also A&M probably had the weakest 4 seed in the entire tournament. Grambling is awful.

A&M lucky too. Paired with Grambling. I have seen them play 4 times, OMG they are bad.

Yes, they are. If you have a sub-standard pitcher run them against A&M. Our hitters simply cannot hit mediocre pitching for some reason. Probably pressing too much.

Tygart, their #2, is out for the regional so I honestly don’t know how they plan to manage the staff after Hagan

We don’t. No one can throw strikes and gaeckle is pitching now. Not sure how we finish this regional after hagan. Mcentire sucks and I wish we didn’t see him again at all

It seems like since I’ve been watching LSU baseball (1987) if you want to give them fits throw a junkball lefty that tops out at 83 or 84 mph. It never fails to handcuff us.

This is a lot more stress than I wanted to deal with after going up 8-0 in the 2nd.

Yeah if tech can win tonight and weather the Hagen storm, we will lose
