You have been sucking off the Democratic People's Republic of China in multiple threads now.

The same country that:
A) fricked us over with their initial lying about coronavirus
B) Detains muslims in 'camps' due to their religion
C) Kills peaceful protestors
D) A bunch of other fricked up shite
E) Is a communist country

God damn commies have started posting on the website www.secrant.com. You hate to see it.

That’s what makes them so effective at containing the outbreak. They can do whatever they please as the only show in town.

Yes I’m sure China and Italy shut down their countries to get Trump out of office

I’m with you but damn we already banned fans.

NBA season on pause since then so how you gonna let college games play out at this point?

It’s crazy but not that far fetched now

What odds would you have given on the NBA season would be suspended this morning?

Or at 5 p.m.? IMO these types of decisions are moving fast and will become more common.

NY State is circumventing the failure of the Federal government and contracting with 28 local labs to create test.

Honestly, I think we get an announcement soon (tomorrow) that there will be no tournament (or at least postponed).

NBA just set the precedent, so now if anyone gets sick by not following it, you have enormous liability.

It's been a fun season, guys

My bet is the fed agencies (CDC et all) are starting to step in and make these recommendations.

If the CDC has determined that it is spreading too quickly for our healthcare system to handle, they have to move quickly and make hard decisions to save us.

It's also imperative that we act quickly to salvage our economy.

I haven't owned someone this hard since Crimson Boz.

I like to have fun, you tell me what the real China numbers are.

Going to be difficult since Trump has planned deep cuts to the CDC and isn't backing off that, in spite of this coronavirus outbreak. Luckily it hasn't been enacted yet.

Jesus dude...
I don't think the NBA is actively thinking about the playoffs.
They just suspended play entirely. They haven't announced if/when it will resume. In the event things blow over, these are professionals, whose career is to play ball. They are under contract. They might have the playoffs in a month, maybe 2.

College, different animal entirely. If you 'postpone' the tourney, it's done unless it's up in a week. Right now they're clearing out campuses, where are the teams going to stay? Those guys are going home.

May not be played this year.

No matter how many people on here want you to believe this is nothing...........this is some serious shite going on right now. I am older than most on here and have never seen anything like it. This is a global concern of epic proportions.

Except it didn't work, the virus was spreading for months prior to any quarantines and it's spread across the entire world.

You left out F)

The same Country that manufactures a ton of shyt very inexpensively so that you can have your fvcking cushy standards of living that you love here in the USA

That $100 vacuum cleaner costs a lot more if made here in America

That 65 inch & larger flat panel UHDTV, with QLED or OLED capability would be unaffordable to most Americans if made domestically

That cellphone in your hand costs a whole lot more if made here in the USA

I could go on for a while, but I'm not

My point is that despite all your criticisms of China, you benefit from China just as much or more than the next guy

If China's handling of this Pandemic can't be trusted, then you be guy that leads a boycott of Chinese imports that you love so much

And don't be azzhole liar that claims to "always buy American"

I can argue against China's handling of this pandemic and not boycott their stuff.

It's been a common tactic when this administration faces issues to cast doubt on the concern by suggesting its a ploy to hurt the economy. Mueller, Impeachment, Pandemic, etc...unfortunately the economy is reacting to what is actually happening.

I agree that it's ridiculous when those who support Trump make blanket claims that some of the fairly extreme measures to cancel large events or close schools for example is a conspiracy to wreck the economy rather than the likelihood of those people in charge of those events, industries, etc acting in abundance of caution which is reasonable. Those suggesting that any and all criticism of the Trump administration's handling of this crisis or those claiming the overly cautious actions taken to shut down events over a manufactured crisis are obviously being ridiculous. No argument there.

Having said that, this administration or any other for that matter should be judged on their ACTIONS (or lack thereof) in handling such a crisis. Even though I support Trump I think it's fair to be critical of for example the CDC and by extension the administration's poor execution on getting test kits more readily available to get widespread testing started is a serious problem and a very valid criticism.

What's frustrating is that Trump more than any other president I've seen in my lifetime gets roasted over even the slightest missteps yet on the other hand still gets criticized just as harshly for doing what at the time he was heavily criticized by the same detractors despite it turning out to be the right decision. His January 31st travel restriction from China was vilified as "RACIST!!" yet that decision where he took the advice of one of his infectious disease experts to go with the travel ban despite some of his own people saying it was too soon and from all the cries he was a racist xenophobe from the left.

My point about the politics of this is that NOTHING he does will ever be consider anything other than horrible and in bad faith to people who hate his guts so much that they are willing to blatantly lie about things to paint him in the worst possible light.

I didn't agree with Obama on much of anything but I called out the stupid absurd BS from his haters saying he was secretly a Muslim terrorist sympathizer undermining our country.

A gave up debating you when you refused to acknowledge reliable evidence presented by multiple posters and instead began to spout the same tired misinformation bullshite.

Even now, as we are seeing major events being cancelled you are still sticking to your idiotic denial of CV.

You are the definition of a loser. You should change your fan affiliation to Texas A&M and adopt an avi of Jimbo Fisher.

Coronavirus deniers don't deserve to have Nick Saban as their avis.
