They did say the ball cannot be blocked after touching the glass which is the nba rule.

I believe Wiley's hands aren't as bad as our fanbase believes...I believe we are terrible at getting him the ball and he is often dealing with passes tip, deflected, etc...NC State is pretty dang good at moving the ball into the post. Maybe our guys will watch.
