LOL, 2019 LSU barely beat a crippled Alabama team and a average Auburn team.

An RPO has nothing to do with a running quarterback, those have been around forever.
2005 Texas would have no answer for 2019 LSU if they played with 2019 rules, half your defense would be ejected by halftime.

All of the bama skill players were on the field in 19 with your previous golden boy and first rounder, Tua. They didn't get it done on their home turf.
Sorry but the 19 LSU, 20 bama game WAS played and you lost.

That defense had some serious talent on it.. plus we had The CHIZ at DC. Y’all would get your points, but we would also get some stops. You gonna stop Vince?

Bama barely beat a trash Ole Miss team who loss to 5-5 LSU and a depleted Florida team who lost to LSU.

By asking that question, it clearly tells me that you are young and didn’t get to watch him play. If that is the case.. you missed a special talent. The Big 12 was a lot different back then.

Incorrect.
History will show that Mac Jones was the better QB and he was sitting on the bench that game.
Besides, math proves that 2020 Alabama was better than 2019 LSU. That’s as objective as a source as it gets. Any arguments you make against it are merely subjective assertions.

Anyone can have an opinion, the fact of the matter is that 2005 Texas would struggle to get stops vs 2019 LSU.
The game has evolved quite a bit and they'd have no answer.

Nebraska 1995 beats them all across the board.

Texas had 3 first rounders, a 2nd rounder, and a 5th rounder in the secondary.. I think you would be surprised.. but there is no way to know unfortunately.. I’m just saying that Texas team was really, really good.

"Math" said 2019 Alabama was better than 2019 LSU too.
I guess "math" doesn't always apply to football, not like an ignorant trailer dweller such as yourself would know anything about either.

Possibly.
Coach Saban has had the most defensive talent of anyone over the past decade and he agrees that the offenses of today are impossible to stop which is why he decided to join the revolution.

Not anymore. They had 2019 LSU ranked over them but haven't updated their rankings to include 2020.
As for Anderson & Hester, I can't find their rankings.

Link: Sagarin 2020
Link: Peter Wolfe 2019 Haven’t found 2020 yet.
Hint: Change the year in the web address to look back, or click slowly. On Sagarin, you will have to use Wayback Machine to find 2013-2019. This takes a pic of the ratings on that date and stores it. There might be a better way to get them, but this worked for me. Use Sagarin 2012 & before for the older ones. Just change the year.
I’ll update this post to include the links to the others.

A 15 point win over Ole Miss isn't barely beating a team. A 4-5 point win is barely beating a team like 2019 LSU did against Bama and Auburn.
Florida wasn't a depleted team when Bama beat them, Florida was as close to full strength as they had been since the beginning of the season.
Who can blame Florida for losing to LSU. No one took LSU seriously after LSU's EMBARRASSING losses to Miss St and Missouri. LSU has been a complete joke for a calendar year now.

LSU was 5-0 vs Sagarin Top 10 3-0 vs 11-30.
Alabama was 2-0 and 4-0 vs the same buckets.
I’m not sure why Alabama was so much higher in Sagarin. I personally think that the computers were a little out of whack last year with the scheduling differences.. ie 10 SEC games and no cream puffs.
2019 LSU ~ 2020 Alabama
This would be a dogfight and each team would win about 5 games out of 10 IMO. Both were all time great teams.
One difference might be that LSU was in at least 3 dogfights.. Texas, Auburn & Alabama where they won, but the game was in question during the 4th quarter.. whereas Alabama only had 1 game like that? Florida? I guess Ole Miss might fit into this group as well, but they got a 15 point win out of it.
I also think that LSU got hurt a little bit by Clemson beating OSU. OSU ended up with a 104+ rating that year, and Clemson only had a 101. Beating that OSU team (who would have been even higher with a win over Clemson) would have pushed LSU even higher.

So you're saying the sissies today couldn't handle how they played back then? Got it.
That 2005 Texas team was no joke at all, They went into the Shoe at night and whipped the #1 ranked Ohio State team at the time...Then they whipped the Dynasty #1 ranked USC team, and they whipped a really good Michigan team in the Rose Bowl the year before..Your team struggled with the super lightweight version in Austin, and had to make up crap about the A/C for them being out of shape and unprepared..
The 2005 version would have wrecked 2019 LSU and just about any other college team in history...Nobody was going to beat that team, they were loaded on Defense and Offense with NFL players at almost every position..
