Yeah that's what I say, why not Georgia? In fact, I kind of expect it. I'm pretty sure we will win the SEC but I don't care how we get in.

No, he did not. He is the guard you are speaking of, right? Otherwise, you are confusing guards with tackles….again.

So he has already gotten worse from last week when you agreed he could have a strong Fromm like season? Wow

Because Kirby is your coach. Same guy who lost to a horrible South Carolina team in Athens a year after a national title appearance, then thought it would be a great idea to call a fake punt on the 50 during a tie game late in the 4th quarter of the SEC title game.

You guys are fricked.

Yeah but he fricked up with very good players against your best teams. We'll have better players this season, Bama not so much. You'll see when we take Clemson down hard.

You feel that’s not an accurate comment on Fromm as a QB at UGA? Average to slightly below average as a QB? Decent game manager, strength is the presnap read. Fromm had better mobility but neither have a great arm or consistency put up good numbers.

National passer efficiency rating rank:

2017: 8th
2018: 5th

Isn’t his snapping hand in a club? That’s asking a lot of a center to snap with a club hand.

He would play RG and SVP would start at center. He can still call out the schemes from guard.

Talent has never been UGA's problem, even when Richt was there.

And you're clearly unaware that players from the highest rated recruiting class in college football history are competing for roster spots against 'Bama veterans for the 2021 season.

But I honestly hope you believe your above statement.

This is not true. Richt never had those big time classes to put him over the top.

Which still leaves LT as a problem. Not really ideal to be shuffling the Oline around that much with 2 weeks felt before “a title run”.

It's funny that Kirby has only been to the title game with Richt's players. He's gotten blown out a minimum of once (sometimes twice) a year since.

Here's UGA's recruiting classes from Richt to Kirby:

2001 - 10th
2002 - 9th
2003 - 9th
2004 - 7th
2005 - 7th
2006 - 3rd
2007 - 8th
2008 - 7th
2009 - 4th
2010 - 11th
2011 - 7th
2012 - 9th
2013 - 12th
2014 - 8th
2015 - 6th

2016 - 6th
2017 - 3rd
2018 - 1st
2019 - 2nd
2020 - 1st
2021 - 4th

Two first place finishes. Other than that, not a huge difference. Curious to know when all this stockpiled talent will transcend Kirby's on the field coaching.

Do you know what finishing 6th in recruiting means? It means you have the 3rd or 4th best class in the SEC. It's not enough to win a national championship. I believe Clemson was the first team to win one that didn't have a top 5 class.

Edit: and Kirby has finished in the top 4 four of his five years. Richt only did that twice in 15 years. That's a huge difference.

The fact remains that Kirby has only been to the title game with Richt's players and a 6th ranked recruiting class of his own. Explain that.

So you have an ace recruiter who is an average at best head coach. Great.

Yep, a bunch of 4 and 5 star OL's fighting it out right now to determine starters. Against a bunch of 4 and 5 star DL's. Not a bad place to be as a program.

The talent you guys have accumulated in the trenches is insane. I agree that it is common for the defense to be dominant at this stage of fall camp.

2018 Couldn't put Bama away in the SECCG
2019 Ran into one of the greatest offenses ever
2020 Had our qb flake out right before the season

He had just been hired and had a couple of months to piece the class together you dolt. I'd say that's pretty dang good for most brand new coaches.
