What's up with the referee thing where they'll alert the chain gang to move the chains if it's anywhere close to being a first down? It just started happening a few years ago, almost like they got marching orders to speed the game up.

The Notre Dame guy was a full yard short and it was called a first down. Weird shite.

Good game plan. Churn the clock. Keeping Howard out of rhythm and smith off the field via top is one of the paths nd needs to win. They are outgunned for sure.
