I'd say younger/older fans are split on this one. As a senior at UGA, I hate Florida so much more because they've been a much bigger pain in the arse.
yea...that's like an LSU fan saying anyone that doesn't have Ole Miss first is wrong.

If you allowed the one post from 1801 to "nail it" for you then you've really missed the point.
I disagree with 1801 about NC State. He must be older than Moses knickers to still consider NC State one of the top three rivalries.
We are a border state and we do have old, deeply embedded border rivalries, but NC State is not in the top three anymore. And even when they were it was born more out of ACC basketball and Frank McGuire's hatred of them more than anything.
We still play NC State quite often. Bama is surrounded by nothing but SEC states, SC is not. Bama has no instate rival with an ACC program like Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and now Kentucky does.
Still yet, by far, it is Clemson, Georgia and Tennessee these days. Clemson it goes without saying. Georgia because of the old border rivalry that has been going on for decades, and Tennessee because of how they took prospects out of this state under Fulmer - by hook or crook. And some of it had to do with Johnny Chavis' Dillon connection as well.

i would have said LSU, Auburn, UT, but all three are so pathetic at the moment that i sort of feel sorry for all of them (note:lsu's team is pretty good, fans are painfully pathetic).

LSU
aTm, Alabama, Ole Miss
ETA: LSU fans in their 30's, 40's, and 50's will say Florida and Auburn more than likely.
Fans over 60 will say Ole Miss and Tulane.
Most would rank aTm in the top three. Alabama really isn't our a traditional rival.

Honestly, this is why I'm looking forward to the expansion to 16. When the SEC adds VT/UVA and either UNC or NC State it will give us another natural SEC rival. The Tennessee rivalry is a stretch (I, personally, would consider Florida bigger right now with OBC at the helm). We have history with those NC teams, and share a border.
We're an afterthought, rivalry-wise to Georgia, Florida and UT. Clemson will always be number one, but it would be nice to have an rivalry where we're realistically in their top three. UNC or State would give us that. And it wouldn't have to be manufactured, like Arkansas, Mizzou or A&M.

My list would be Clemson, Georgia, North Carolina. In that order.
