Mark Barron is a freak of an athlete. OMac at Au is pretty damn high on the list. Warren Norman of Vandy, Demps at UF, Ajeff at USClite, Cobi for Ark, not sure on LSU, maybe Mathieau(sp), UGA?, MSU Bumphis, OM? UT-Janzen, UK? Black Bears?

Bumphis? Hamilton? Mathieu?

One is not like the other... Hamilton runs a 4.39, 100m sprinter and has a 40" vertical..

That hand-timed or legit? I didn't think he was quite that fast in the forty.

Justin Hunter is also a pretty dang good athlete. He can jump out of the stadium.

Can someone please tell me how speed is the big factor of being the best athlete?

I think it is only one physical trait that can be used in the equation. A Bo Jackson, Deion Sanders, Jim Thorpe, etc. Who could play many positions or sports and do them well. I am not saying any of the players mentioned don't fall in this category, but I have seen mostly 40 and 100 times so far as a reason for nomination.

4.39 is his lazer time.

He had the 6th best time in the 200m in the NCAA in 2010.

Absolutely. He could have been a RB, LB, WR or DB. Was rated the number 1 OLB prospect by scout.com coming of HS. Very versatile.

Well he was the Texas state track champion in high school. He doesnt look like he's moving that fast though because he takes pretty long strides
