With a name like Buckeye, Im sure you think that OSU would dominate in the SEC playing the likes of Bama, Auburn, A&M, LSU, South Carolina, Georgia

Did I say that?

This thread is about giving a reason why Winston should win over Johnny Football. I said his stats are similar in way less no snaps

If he destroys LSU by scrambling all game and making the types of plays he did against Alabama, then he may just win it.

If LSU holds him to less than 300 passing and 150 rushing, it will just be meh.

Yyup. JW has less INTs than JFF.

No argument here.

(though several of those are very, very much on our WRs, and they freely admit it)

JFF has sat out PLENTY this year as well, including an entire 1st half. Next.

I can't even give one reason anybody deserves it over JFF. JFF should win in a landslide but it won't happen because the trophy is becoming a joke

Winston is undefeated.
Winston has put up very strong stats that are close to JFF.
Winston has fewer ints.
Winston led his team to a big win in their key game of the year against Clemson.

I still think Johnny should win but objectively Winston can make a strong argument as well. I think Mariota and AJ have a tougher time though.

Right. It's very easy to make an argument for Winston. Sometimes a little common sense helps though. The award is whatever ESPN wants it to be. I think Johnny deserves it, but I don't think he will win.

Jameis has stated that he should be the one to win the Heisman and that he won't take no for an answer.

I still think Johnny has a decent chance to win it, two games left

He is easily the best player in CFB

JM should win it. If he doesn't, it's because of bias. Pure and simple.

I honestly think that ESPN is tired of the SEC winning Heismans and National Championships.
