Garrett's good but not a top ten defensive player in the nation. So he is kinda overrated.

I'm sure in 5 pages someone has already pointed out that the play you have in the OP is a middle screen to the RB. La'el's job is to just push the DE outside, which is what he did. The other play, he did a good job getting by La'el.
Not sure what you are looking for here, Garrett is a good looking prospect but to even remotely think that he didn't get owned in that game is ridiculous.
