Would speed up that rebuild big time. Hes exactly the type of QB Mullen's offense thrives around.

He might make them a little better this year, but it seems like it’d just delay Franks’ and Jones’ development.

With these new rules I think everybody is in the grad transfer market depending on need. Some going and some coming. QB and WR seem to be hot right now.

I agree he is a much better fit there. He will only go to a school that needs a QB and can be in contention for something other then 6 wins and a possible bowl game. Plus Mullen is pretty good with QBs.

I’m okay with grad transfers to plug holes just not at QB. It would be awesome if Florida could develop one out of high school one day

Right, wrong, or ambivalent, I don't think UF is transfer QB market. Mullen wants to develop his own guys. Cam was the exception because Mullen had already coached him.

Question and may have already been discussed. Since he is a graduate student could he technically transfer this week and play the remainder of this season as a starter? A graduate student can transfer and not have to sit out a year. The only thing that would limit that option would be could he enroll in enough classes to be eligible to play. But as someone mentioned UCLA which is on the quarter system and he could still register and be fulltime

Cam is the real pain point if you think about it. Urb's heartburn goes away in 2010 if Cam is still at UF.
