None of what you typed indicates Auburn fans are overreacting.

Without a doubt. They think they are gonna whip the shite out of bama based off of a single game against a non-p5 team.

Its as laughable as the guy who posted that bama was finished during the second quarter.

I'd agree with this. Oregon dropped a wide open TD, missed a 20 yd FG, and tripped over their dicks to hand Auburn a long fumble recovery. That win was fool's gold.

That’s an interesting take. Why do you say that, Gatorbait2008?

Meh, tap the brakes on that generalization bus there.

99% of us realize Bama is a different beast and beating them needs to happen for LSU to get back to real relevancy. We don't have the luxury of playing in the SEC East.

What's exciting is that LSU appears to have a modernized, effective, and efficient offense that did nearly twice as good as it was supposed to last night. For the first time I can remember, we pulled our QB after half for playing well instead of badly.

The proof will be in the pudding as SEC play gets started so we'll all see, but there is a lot reason for optimism this morning.

LSU as usual. Texas dominated as well against a good LA Tech team. Its going to be a great game next week but I got Texas in Austin.

Auburn threw an interception at Oregon's 10-yard line and only got a FG off of that fumble recovery to the one yard line. You can't point out one team's mistakes and say that those mistakes cost them the game without pointing out that the other team also made mistakes. Clearly, if Oregon had played perfect, they would've won.

Auburn also outgained Oregon. It's not like they were dominated physically and pulled out a win because of Oregon's mistakes.

Why? I'm assuming you, like most people, didn't actually watch the game. Just looked at the stat line.

LSU. We crush a Sun Belt team and people are really going nuts. I liked the win, it was a great display for a new offense, but it was against 2 and 3 star recruits. The LSU fan reaction will be justified if we beat Texas by double digits.

LSU. I just saw a comment from one on the SEC Network’s fb page saying it took Trevor Lawrence a whole game to do what Joe Burrow did in one half, referring to his performance against Georgia Southern yesterday
