75 offensive trips into the red zone:

scored on 72 trips
Auburn turned us over on downs 1x
Ole Miss we mercy kneed to end the game
Clemson we mercy kneed to end the game

LSU scored on 72 of 73 attempts to score in the red zone, including 59 red zone touchdowns.

IMHO, the most impressive stat is that LSU never had a coaching or QB mental letdown game all season. Usually a team has that 1 game where they are a mess or not focused. Not this team.

This. No clock management issues. No weird play calling. None of that nonsense. They were sharp every week. The only thing you can complain about is the defense coming out flat in the second half this year. But when you combine the fact that they aren’t forced to win the game by themselves anymore and injuries to start the year, you can’t really be mad about it. Especially with the way they closed the season.

The most impressive stat of the season is that our #3 wideout scored more TD’s than any other Tiger receiver in history besides the 2 other starting wideouts he plays with
