Not a good or even ok list.

No issue with Namath, but today it's guys like Tebow, Pollack, etc... As a large percentage of fans weren't born when most of these guys were famous.

Probably depends on where though. I imagine in NY Namath is a legend and will be for a very long time.

Dude was slaying O-T 10s in his prime and is rumored to have banged such celebs as Elizabeth Taylor and Jackie Kennedy. He was the first NFL celebrity and helped the professional game finally take off and surpass the college game in popularity.

Namath in the social media era wouldve been pretty crazy. It would be like mixing Dan Blizerean with a SuperBowl winning quarterback

Pffft, Are you serious? Bo who? Nobody has ever heard of this Bo whoever that is.

Surely there cannot be enough room on a list for 2 people from the same school especially over that honorable mention list. Or do you think that was posted because Charles was upset he didn't make the list?

Very, very true. He also had a Saturday morning cartoon. Bo was known worldwide. I doubt the average foreigner knows who Namath is.

He most certainly is
Obviously he’s infamous.

But he’s still a very well known player
