Interesting so according to the "rules" he was out of bounds by touching the player out of bounds with his back leg. I don't care who it was against I was just curious on the rule.

I made a thread about this but nobody noticed. The thread was more about Ridley stepping in front of Harris, but your point is spot on.

Only one that bothered me was the head shove.

Looks like the edge of his heel is on the white to me. They skated with that one.

UGA fans aren't complaining about the refs, so LSU fans have to step in and do it for them. Complaining about the officiating after a Bama loss, it's what LSU fans are good at.

I have never seen a group of people piss and moan about refs the way LSU fans do. It's kind of remarkable really.

Am I correct?

You can touch a player or ref out of bounds as long as the rest of you is in bounds.

You didn't read carefully enough

quote:

"A ball in player possession is out of bounds if the ball or the player touches anything that is out of bounds other than a game official or another playertouches anything that is out of bounds other than a game official or another player.

BroMeth: my comments are probably lumped in there with “all LSU fans” and I’m not being biased as I didn’t have a dog in the hunt...and think the world of Tua, but I don’t think I was wrong on any of my takes...was I?

Idk man... I just dk. If there is no green, then he’s touching white. If he’s touching white, he’s out of bounds.

it's about as close as it can get. is it conclusive? i don't think so. i'm going with the "shoes are curved" argument.. despite hanging over the out of bounds line his cleet is technically in bounds where it's contacting the grass

Are you complaining about a TD pass that had pass interference.. where the guy who it was intended for started the play on an uncalled false start (and was like 2 yards down field before the other wide outs were out of their starting stance)?

call it correctly and the play never gets that far. back them up and try again. hell, we can talk about the holding on that play too if ya want

If your definition off tripped means pushed in the back.

There were some bad calls/no calls against UGA in the game. That wasn't one. Obvious PI. Anyone that doesnt see that, just doesn't want to see it.

Bama actually won this game in regulation by a touchdown.

Yes, because we would have had 1st and goal from Bama’s 17, that completely negates our 7 points

Look, we didn’t lose the game because of the refs. They didn’t help us, but we lost because we got out coached and outplayed. Sucks, but hopefully Kirby and our guys coming back learn from it.

Bama had defenders trucking Ga.'s center and guards all night with the line hanging on to them trying to slow them down with no holding calls so that is a wash.As for hitting Fromme in the head yea that could have been called but Ga was doing plenty of pushing and shoving after the whistle so the ref's just let them play.Still a great game ,Ga. won the first half and Bama won the second half and OT.

There was no intent to step out of bounds. Therefore, TD.
