I know this is a joke thread, but the answer is actually South LA and not because of LSU fans....
Population of Clemson, SC is 16,058 according to Google. Assuming everyone there is wearing Clemson gear that day, that will still be less than the estimated 25-35k Clemson fans that will be in the Superdome (South Louisiana) on 1/1/18.

Clemson is playing in the Sugar Bowl on 1/1 and a Walmart is selling Clemson gear? Go figure. I'm guessing there's alot more Bama gear on those shelves than Clemson gear but I'm sure you have a point to make. Just wondering what it is.
