Yeah I'm willing to call people what they want to be called in terms of the name they choose to go by. If Bruce wants to be called Catelyn alright I'll try to remember that - your choice, your name. If you want me to change pronouns and call you a she now then hell I'll even try to remember to do that since what's it to me, your life, whatever.

But I draw the goddamn line at completely made up pronouns. You want me to call you Ze or Zir and I'm going to call you a retarded self-important douchebag instead. That's not gender identity issue but a linguistic issue that you just fricking created.
