Not a flame thread I just wanna see what you guys think.

LSU Oline < Bama Oline
LSU RBs > Bama RBs
LSU QB < Bama QB (Based on performance, not potential)

Between style and Oline talent Bama and LSU promise to be the most potent rushing attacks in the country this season. I'm gonna go with LSU because Bama will have more faith in AJ this year and with a veteran QB Saban will feel more comfortable throwing it around. Either way, can't wait to get the season started and I'll see you gumps Nov 3.

Bama. Tigers will have more passing yards than Bama though.

Bama because we'll have 14 games compared to LSU's 13.

Summed up my thoughts on it. Saban has shown he will work toward being balanced even when his strength seems to favor the run. I expect LSU to have more rushing yards.

LSU RBs > Bama RBs

LSU had the #1 rushing offense in the SEC last year. We lost 0 running backs and 1 OL. We replace that OL with La'el Collins.

LSU

I understand the pick but not the reasoning. An upgrade at QB should mean more pass attempts and less rush attempts, right?

Les Miles is the head coach. So...no.

My expectations are that LSU can complete a pass when needed. I'd love to see play action actually work.

maybe not more pass attempts, Miles isn't gonna throw the ball if he doesn't have to. I dont really expect alot more passing attempts, but what I do expect is more downfield passing. That will open the run game even more and stop teams from stacking the box like we faced last year. That should open up more holes and longer runs for our RBs. That would equal more yardage. Plus with hilliard and blue possibly getting more snaps with Ware getting less, that bodes well for ypc.

If I were an Lsu fan I'd be beyond frustrated if this didn't happen..unless of course ware was dominating, but all things considered i'd have him no higher than 3rd on the depth chart
