MLB Jamar Chaney faster than Dexter McCluster?

Mississippi State MLB Jamar Chaney ran an official 40 time as 4.54, the fastest among all linebackers, while Ole Miss RB Dexter McCluster ran an official time of 4.57. How the hell did this happen?
