A pretty generic trait for any super fan.

And most antlers are super fans.

That's before they started making 5th place trophies.

We're entering into a roboticly political correct phase of humanity.

They kind of are. Occasionally funny, but mostly a redneck, wannabe Animal House.

Yeah. They're so cool

quote:

The Antlers are total classless pieces of shite. They first started going after Jeff Grayer calling him Mama's Boy as his mom was dying of cancer on death bed. They made fun of Nolan by chanting Yvonne, they are undeniably the worst excuses of human beings known to grace Columbia. I hope the assholes burn in hell for that stuff they pulled.

Nolan has admitted to be a fan of the Antlers, regardless...

Those are two pretty bad things they did, but it's hardly fair to judge decades of a their existence on a couple terrible decisions.

Whatdoyaknow. A large group of intoxicated college kids used very poor judgment. It happens.

It's a black eye on their reputation but it shouldn't define their existence.

Because Nolan was a special coach and you don't forget coaches that were exciting and successful?

Yeah I'm guessing that's dead on.

Then I'm sure it was a shitty suit.

Nolan is a much better dressed man now, IMO. He's actually one of those people who got better looking (not saying hot but sharp looking gpa) with age. So, maybe he stopped going to TX.

Isn't this the POS group that chanted "raise your hand if you think katrina was a good thing" when playing some school from Louisiana?

My high school used to chant 'it's alright, it's okay, you'll be working for us some day' when we played public schools or lesser accredited private schools.

They'd shake their car keys when we played poor schools ect.

Point being, I don't think it's really fair to judge groups in these setting. They're just trying to be funny, they don't care about others feelings. Youth, plus the group dynamic and alcohol make for this kind of judgement. And I'm okay with it. People need to stop wanting to nerf the world. Come up with a counter chant that is equally as offensive and funny.

A) chanting what they chant isn't funny at all and B) why would I want to stoop to their POS level

Yeah, they should stick with 'go team, go'

LSU fans chant 'suck that tiger dick, bitch' as classless as I find that it doesn't offend me, and I don't judge LSU fans by this one chant.

Imagine if we judged groups or individuals entirely on a few of their actions, we sometimes do, we often don't. We usually take the full picture in perspective. From the long view, the Antlers are not a bad group. They add to the atmosphere of games. Yes they've made some bad choices over the years, but haven't we all.

Yeah, that's on par with chanting Nolan's dead daughters name.

how about they stay away from making fun of Katrina or a kid whose mom is dying of a dudes dead daughter. Shouldn't be that hard

quote:

'suck that tiger dick, bitch'
that's not even in the same league

I've seen enough to form a negative opinion of the group
