Basketball will get real interesting with the addition of Mizzou next year.

Columbia is over rated. I dont really like it except BT and occasional trip to Harpos. But as far as the state goes other than the old St Pattys in Rolla, it was decent.

on the surface this may seem a correct assumption, but dig an inch or two and check out what Mizzou has returning and I wouldn't count on them waltzing right in and assuming position 1A right behind the Wildcats....unless of course that Frank Haith guy can recruit as well as Anderson did

as if on cue the piggies arrive to stick their nose to the trough and try to spin some credit for our success. Thanks for your interest in Mizzou athletics and I hope you win a road game some day!

Dixon and Pressey, with Laurence Bowers back, plus some great transfers. In practices, the "2nd team" of transfers who can't play yet challenge our starters, and win fairly often.

Interestingly enough, Haith is known as a stronger recruiter than X&O coach.

Remains to be seen, of course, but I'm enjoying the ride this year and looking forward to next!

Any of you Mizzou types heading to KC tomorrow or Saturday?

I'd like to go today. Not sure about tickets.

With the Pac-12 about to get their network started I would think that we would also get ours in gear relatively quickly. It needs to be on Basic Cable though.

I think it will probably be like the Big Ten Network and part of a sports package.

Sweet victory, Mizzou. Beat Texas tonite and give us one final game against the birds. A Big 12 Tournament Championship would be a nice consolation prize to losing the regular season title. A nice middle finger on our way out...

Keep on truckin' Mizzou! as much as I hate it y'all are family now so cock thrust your way through your last Bevo tourney and chant SEC SEC SEC after each win. I may be in KC this weekend to visit buddies that are KU diehards, thinking about catching the champ game if it's a border war game.

God, I hope Saturday is another border war. It would be insane to end it in KC on a neutral court.

I'll be rooting for Mizzou Saturday night. I don't expect any hiccups out of them our the Gayhawks on the way to the tournament championship game.

Still dislike Kansas for taking in Lester Earl.

If you're trying to see it in person, take LOTS of cash! Otherwise, head out to P&L. And remember, SEC fans cheer for each other, right?

Must be go to KC time? I'll be in Liberty, MO this weekend seeing family. Not intending to try and make the game, but I'll be rooting for a Mizzou victory, as I mentioned earlier.
