I love U Verse, except for the fact that it doesn't pick up the local channels that the LSU games come on.

Yea, same here. I might be able to squeeze out for tomorrow depending on game time. If its a kU/MU final that will be one hard ticket to try and get a hold of for Saturday.

We have a SEC network. Well, espn broadcasts games locally on CBS and the call it the SEC network (I think). Today the games are on the local channel that Cox cable in Baton Rouge carries. I've been watching the games on my laptop all day.
We are the fricking SEC. We are better than everyone. We should have our own channel.

With the Pac-12 about to get their network started I would think that we would also get ours in gear relatively quickly. It needs to be on Basic Cable though.

I'd think it would be, don't you? At least in SEC country? Probably not in states without at SEC team, but in SEC states and parts of bordering states it ought to be.

I just want to be safe. I know I am in Missouri, but in St. Louis you get the Big Ten Network (because of Illinois) in the expanded sports package, and I am nervous. Idk if people on the IL side of the city get it on Basic Cable.
