There were never any charges. Police reports are public record.

My understanding was that it was never a legal issue to begin with. Pinkel does have some faults but player discipline (especially legal issues) is not one of them.

if they had evidence he was distributing then they would probably need to turn that over to the state, but just being in his system,, no.

just like FL wouldn't have to turn over a peds dealer that your QB might happen to know about and have had dealings with, (just as an example).
