I’m going to preface this by saying I wasn’t there or know any circumstances but if it’s as innocuous as the statement

I read the deposition, and yes the guy went out of his way to the point where it was annoying, stalkerish, and weird. Girl led him on some as well, but i have no idea how it led to his dismissal and probabtion in a sexual harassment case on campus. Where is the leadership? I can see if he forced his way on her and she couldn't protect herself, but that is not the case. Unbelievable to be honest.

Mizzou was brought in to the SEC because they fricked up with East expansion in 1992
Missouri may well draw close to even if you divide all the other expansion teams trips to SEC championship game and divide by two.

I doubt the case in question was just about the fact that he asked her out. Lawyers have a way of parsing things down to specifics that leave out context and complexity and reporters love publishing those types of questions and answers because we tend to eat that type of journalism up. None of it gives us a complete picture or even one in context.
