We'd be glad to have you...hopefully our team could be a little more competitive this time around and actually make it a game. The stadium is pretty bland at the time but it should be a little better by this fall and by 2014 with the addition of our east side suites/pressboxes it will be lightyears better than it is now.

Rendering looks pretty good. Have they said what the new capacity will be?

I think the first phase only adds a small amount of capacity due to the luxury boxes. 74,000 sounds right.

Think it will be around 80k for the near future.. might push it higher with the later stages of the renovation.

New capacity will be a little over 77,000; up from 71,004.

As a South Carolina fan, I understand progress is progress. You guys seem to be doing what you need to do, and I can't wait to see the finished result.

Isn't that including the south stand extension? I could have sworn we were only getting 3,000-4,000 more because of the loss of general admission with the whole hill move.

I don't think there is attendance lost with the hill move... I could be wrong. Should be same hill, just closer...

I'm not sure, most of info I saw said that by the time we complete the east-side addition we will have added 5000 GA seats and 1000 box seats which would put us a little over 77,000. I'm not sure about any losses of GA seating

I just hope they start the expansion before next season. Football games with cranes in the background are awesome. It would be a motivation for me as a player.

Watching Nubraska games last year with the cranes was pretty cool.

I remember a while back we had to have a crane just to hold our video board up.

It didn't give me the same feeling you were referring to.
